Welcome to Growindays. These terms form the foundation of our relationship whenever you browse our website or make a purchase. By interacting with our site in any way, you’re confirming that you accept these Terms of Service, along with any policies or guidelines we’ve linked within them. If something here doesn’t sit right with you, we ask that you refrain from using the site. The platform powering our store is provided by Shopify Inc., giving us the e-commerce tools to connect with you.

About This Agreement

This document, together with our Privacy Policy and any other rules we post, represents the complete understanding between you and Growindays. It replaces any previous agreements or discussions. From time to time, we may adjust these terms by posting the revised version here. It’s your responsibility to check back occasionally, and continuing to use the site after an update means you’re on board with the changes. If a court finds any part of these terms unenforceable, that specific provision will be applied as fully as the law allows, and the rest of the agreement will remain in full effect. Our decision not to enforce a particular right at any moment doesn’t mean we’re waiving it permanently. Also, any ambiguity in the wording shouldn’t be automatically held against us just because we drafted the document.

Your Commitments to Us

When you use our store, you’re confirming that you’ve reached the age of majority in your jurisdiction. If you haven’t, you’re letting us know that a parent or guardian has given consent for you to be here, including for any minor dependents you might have.

You’re expected to provide accurate, complete, and current details for your account and any purchases—this includes your email address and payment information—and to keep those details updated so we can process your orders and reach you if needed.

Everything you submit to us, whether it’s a product review, a suggestion, a contest entry, or any other material, can be used by Growindays without restriction. We won’t owe you compensation, we’re not obligated to keep it confidential, and we don’t have to respond. By sending something in, you’re promising that your submission doesn’t infringe on anyone else’s rights, doesn’t contain anything unlawful or abusive, and is free of viruses or other harmful code. You’re fully responsible for what you share.

There are also clear lines you can’t cross while using our site or services. Specifically, you may not:

  • Use the site for anything illegal or encourage others to do so.
  • Violate any applicable laws, regulations, or ordinances.
  • Infringe on our intellectual property or anyone else’s.
  • Harass, abuse, defame, or discriminate against others.
  • Submit false or misleading information.
  • Upload or spread viruses, worms, or any destructive code.
  • Collect other users’ personal data.
  • Engage in spamming, phishing, pharming, pretexting, spidering, crawling, or scraping.
  • Use the site for obscene or immoral purposes.

If you breach any of these terms, we may terminate your access immediately, and you’ll still be responsible for any outstanding obligations up to that point.

How We Manage Our Store

Growindays can refuse service to anyone, at any time, for any reason. While we don’t guarantee that the information on our site is always complete, current, or error-free, we may update content at our discretion—though we’re not obligated to do so. Any reliance you place on the material here is at your own risk. Historical information is provided for reference only and won’t necessarily be up to date.

The service itself, including all products and features, is offered “as is” and “as available.” We don’t promise that your experience will be uninterrupted, secure, or free of errors, nor do we guarantee that any results you get will be accurate or reliable. We may also suspend or discontinue the service, or any part of it, without prior notice.

When it comes to data transmission, your content—excluding credit card details—might travel across networks unencrypted and undergo technical adjustments. However, credit card information is always encrypted during transfer.

You’re not permitted to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell, or otherwise exploit any part of our service or access to it, unless you have our express written permission.

Orders, Pricing, and Products

Product availability can be limited, and all purchases are subject to our Return Policy. Notably, we do not charge any restocking fee when you return a product. We’ve done our best to display colors and images accurately, but we can’t guarantee that your screen will show them perfectly. Descriptions and pricing can change at any time without notice, and we may discontinue a product whenever we choose. Any offer is void where it’s prohibited by law.

We may limit sales on a per-person, per-household, or per-order basis, and we can refuse or cancel any order. This includes orders that appear to come from dealers, resellers, or distributors, or those sharing the same account, credit card, or billing/shipping address. If we need to modify or cancel an order, we’ll try to notify you using the contact information you provided.

Occasionally, the site may contain typographical errors, inaccuracies, or omissions related to product details, pricing, promotions, or shipping. When that happens, we can correct the information and cancel affected orders, even after you’ve submitted them, without prior notice. We’re not required to update or clarify information except as mandated by law.

External Tools and Links

We might give you access to third-party tools, but we don’t monitor or control them. They’re provided “as is” and “as available,” with no warranties or liability on our part. Your use of them is entirely at your own discretion, and you should review the third party’s own terms beforehand.

Similarly, our site may include links to third-party websites or materials. We’re not responsible for examining or evaluating their content, and we won’t be liable for any harm or damages connected to your transactions with them. Any complaints or questions about third-party offerings should go directly to that third party.

Legal Boundaries

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Growindays and its directors, officers, employees, affiliates, agents, contractors, suppliers, and licensors will not be liable for any injury, loss, claim, or damages—whether direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, special, or consequential—arising from your use of the service or any products obtained through it. If a third party makes a claim against us because of something you did—like breaching these terms, violating a law, or infringing on someone’s rights—you agree to indemnify and hold us harmless, including covering reasonable attorneys’ fees.

Ending This Agreement

Any obligations or liabilities that arose before the agreement ends will survive termination. You can end this agreement at any time by telling us you no longer want to use our services, or simply by stopping your use of the site. On our side, if we determine that you’ve failed to comply with any term, we can terminate the agreement without notice, and you’ll still owe any amounts due up to the termination date. We may also deny you further access to the service.
