Getting Your Order to You

We aim to get your purchase moving quickly. From the moment you place your order, our team works to have it processed and handed off to the carrier within 3 working days. Since we fulfill orders from various centers around the globe to reach you wherever you are, the total transit time can vary. On average, you can expect your package to arrive within 7 to 20 working days. Once your shipment is on its way, the tracking details will be updated in your account 3-7 days after the order has been shipped, giving you a clear view of its journey.

Need to Make a Change?

We understand that plans can shift. If you need to cancel an order, there is a brief window of 12 hours after placing it to do so. This tight timeframe is because we prioritize speed and your order has likely already entered the processing or shipping stage. After that point, it is no longer possible to halt the delivery. We apologize for any trouble this may cause, but our commitment to fast service means we get your items out the door as quickly as we can.

If Something Isn't Right

Your satisfaction matters, and we want to help if you receive a product that is defective, damaged, or simply not what you ordered. Please reach out to our customer service team within 7 days from receiving your order. We will review the situation and, if your case is approved, we will arrange for a replacement to be sent to you. It is important that you do not send anything back before we have completed our review, as our team will provide you with the specific next steps. Growindays retains the right to deny a return request after evaluation.

For any approved return, you will need to cover the cost of shipping the item back to us. The original shipping charges from your order are also non-refundable. Additionally, for hygiene reasons, certain items are considered final sale and cannot be returned. This applies to cosmetics, lingerie, and underwear or shapewear.
